Swiftpro’s recruitment software can send thousands of emails without supervision

Keeping in touch with your clients has never been more important, and email offers the quickest and the most cost-effective way to do so. Not only does it let your clients know what your business can do for them, but it also allows your company to build and solidify a relationship with them by keeping in touch through regular communication, such as mass emails, newsletters and special offers.

In the recruitment industry, the ability to send communications to clients without spending too much time on carrying this task out is simply vital to success. However, sending lists of latest vacancies to hundreds or even thousands of jobseekers, and similarly, emailing the updated jobseeker profiles to employers can be a time-consuming task.

The latest release of Swiftpro’s recruitment software CVPlus allows recruiters to easily create their email lists, and then complete the sending without supervision from the sender. CVPlus automatically detects invalid email addresses, marks them, and continues on with sending out the emails. The system automatically marks the email recipient list with either a positive result (marked as ‘DONE’) or a negative one (marked as ‘NO’).

Once the mailing has completed, the recruiter can filter out all email recipients marked with a “NO” – the email addresses that the system did not send to. Once the user has checked and corrected these email addresses, they can change the status to “YES” and re-send these again.

This enhancement is particularly useful for mail-outs to thousands of recipients, which are often left to be completed overnight. The newest version of CVPlus saves recruiters more valuable time and money, making the vital communication function a breeze to manage.

Swiftpro’s new reports module provides recruitment with a clear picture of staff performance

Recruitment plays a crucial role in success of any business. Hiring the right people is a key driver of profitable companies. The three most important factors for a recruitment agency’s performance can be considered as time, quality and cost, and are usually agreed as a service delivery

model between agencies and clients.

Time to placement is a standard measure of success for a recruitment agency. In addition, the candidates must be well suited for the role and the company, so candidate quality is paramount. Naturally, the cost is also very important to the clients, measured as a total of financial and operational demands required for each successful placement.

While achieving KPIs on their own will not always equate with the number of successful placements an agent makes, KPIs can assist the management team in monitoring the strong and weak performers in their teams. To help agencies with achieving their KPIs, software developer Swiftpro has developed a brand-new management reports module in the newest build of their recruitment software CVPlus.

The reporting module shows a variety of possible KPIs for the recruiters, such as the number of interviews conducted, client calls made, or new vacancies received from their clients. Of course, it is up to the agency’s management to decide which KPIs the recruitment team should particularly focus on. Naturally, the ultimate measure of performance for many is the number of placements made in a particular period.

Management can decide on the staff and activities they want to display in a report, selecting a specified period. If the data needs to be analysed or presented in Excel, it can also be easily exported. Apart from the nearly 20 pre-loaded KPI measures already included into the module, the agency’s management can easily add extra activities they would like to set as KPIs if they are not already there. CVPlus’ new reporting module allows recruitment agencies to monitor and constantly improve on their performance in key results areas, in turn achieving a greater client satisfaction and profitability.

Role of Recruitment Agencies in Fresh Candidate's Life

The Paper provides concise information to the reader on how recruitment agencies can be of some benefit to fresh applicants and how a recruitment agency work.

The transition from the fun of college life to the difficulties of professional life consists of job searching. Job searching is a big challenge for fresh graduates in every country.
Fresh graduates face significant challenges in finding a job since they don’t have any experience. There are numerous problems which they face. There exists Frustration, Parents expectations and Peer Pressures, settlement of education loans, Future growth, Economic crises and Massive Candidate Competition among scarce Jobs.

Finding a good job in the first few months after completing studies, lead the students into great trouble. Urgency to start somewhere is the very point where students fall into a vicious circle of depressed thoughts.
A Student begins to ask himself questions like Why some one would hire him when having a little or entry level professional experience can not be overlooked, How should I prepare My CV, as “CV is the key document which will get you hired” is the famous saying I’ve been hearing during all these years, Where should I search the jobs, Where should I apply and how should I follow up on my job application.
Too many questions, so much to worry about in so little time, There comes the solution to these problems in shape of a Recruitment Agency. Recruitment agencies play an important role in a fresh candidate’s life.

Recruitment Agencies have HR professionals –aka- Recruitment Consultants who deals in person with Employers and Applicants. Recruitment Consultants are the industry professionals. They are a good source to find all the answers to above question, and to consult future. Not only they prepare a CV for you, they will also place your CV at many employers, with the necessary follow up.

In this ever changing, time shortened and with a cut throat competition era Employers are now outsourcing all the recruitment work to Recruitment Agencies.

A Recruitment Agency have 3 main entities to operate with, Clients, Jobs and Applicants.
Clients are the Employers, Employers have the jobs and Applicants are to fill the vacant jobs.

Recruitment Agencies are providing quality services to both, Applicants and Employers. Recruitment Agencies have a data base of Applicants, with all the necessary contact details and Skills an applicant possess. At the same time they also have the data base having detail of open jobs and skills to do that job.
They run a match on the criteria of Job with the applicant Skills. The results of match are then sent to the Employer (in shape of a number of CVs).
Employer selects Applicants from provided list and request for an interview to be scheduled, the Recruitment Agency then arrange the interview. If an applicant gets selected the job is filled and vacancy is closed.

Recruitment Agency uses Recruitment Software for its operations. Recruitment softwares consist of Job Board (web recruitment system) to advertise the jobs and to get feedback, Applicant Tracking Systems also known as Recruitment Software to have the data of applicants, Employers and Jobs. The software is primarily used for Matching Applicants to Jobs and vice versa, posting of CVs, arranging interviews and essential follow-ups.

The need is to encourage fresh students to talk to Professionals and sort their problems out rather to get depressed.
